Mrs. Louis Dalton of Lucknuw, formerly
of St. Helen's and Kingsbridge died .at the
Pinecrest Manor Nursing Home in
Lucknow on Dec. 9, 1985 at the age of 87.
The former Elizabeth McCarthy was
born on•iMarch.,21, 1898 at Kingsbridge to
Florence and Mary ( Austin) McCarthy.
- She was the. youngest and the last surviv-
ing mercer of a faintly of five sons and'
three daughters. She was married to Louis
Dalton of Kingsbridge and is fohdly
remembered as "Lizzie Louie." They
farmed'in the Kingsbridge area for several
years, Louie predeceased her in 1965. They
