This week I am helping mom put up the
Christmas tree.
Mom is putting the the poinsettia lights on
and I will help her do the rest. We keep bug-

' A GOOD DEED AT CHRISTMAS
This year I helped with our family
Christmas dinner. I helped with the turkey
and I helped with the deseart and helped
make a cake.
After we had opened our presents, I pick-
ed up the wrapping papper for my Uncle
Alvin. He was very proud of me and he gave
me a silver dollar.

A GOOD DEED AT CHRISTMAS
On Sunday I helped my dad and my mom
put pp some plastic on our windows. When I
was doing it I felt so good and warm inside. I
tried to do everything I could. I didn't even
fight with my two brothers or my sister.
I put up the plastic on eight windows on
our front porch. I also did the door. I did two
big windows in our living room. We don't
have to do the other windows because they
don't have any holes or cracks.

A GOOD DEED AT CHRISTMAS
When we go and get a Christmas tree we
go back to the bush. We went back with the
tractor with mom, dad and I. We looked
around for a nice tree.
When we have chosen the one, we chop it
down and drag it to the tractor and load it
on. When we get in the house we put it in the
front room and put it in a standing position.
We water it after. I put the decorations on.
Dad lifts me up to put the star on top if I
can't get it to stay on. Dad lifts me down and
he puts it up.
Whenever we had wrapped the Christmas
presents, we put them under the tree. On
Christmas day we open our presents- Merry
Christmas!
A GOOD DEED AT CHRISTMAS
Last night I went over to Gramma's to
help put up the tree. I took a stand over to
hold the tree up.
Gramma just sat down and said. "Here is
the tree - do you want help to place the tree
in the stand? Then you can hang the tree or-
naments."
"I would appreciate it Gramma" I
replied. So I started.
"Gramma I am done" I said, "Can I do
anything else?"
"No" Gramma said, so I kissed Gramma
and went home.

A GOOD DEED AT CHRISTMAS
What I do at Christmas is I get our
Christmas tree and bring it into the house
and let it dry.
When it is dry, I put it in a stand and start
to decorate it.
Then I get our outdoor lights and string
them on the trees. The people all around
thought it looked nice from our road.
