COMMUNITY CALENDAR
The community calendar is a special events
information ,column provided by the
Goderich Recreation Department in co-
operation with the Signal -Star. The service
is offered free of charge and is available to
any non-profit group who would like to make
their special event known. Please call the
Recreation Department at 524-2125 by Mon-
day noon if you wish to include your event
for the following Wednesday.
JULY 4 - DUNGANNON SENIOR
CITIZENS CENTRE
will be holding a Euchre Card Party at the
Dungannon Senior Citizens Centre at 8 p.m.
Admission is $1.00 per person. Ladies please
bring lunch.
FESTIVAL OF ARTS AND CRAFTS
Applications for the photography contest to
be held during the festival are still being ac-
cepted. This year the contest ill be held in-
doors at the Livery. For more information
call the Recreation Department 524-2125.
SUMMER SPECIAL EVENTS
The Summer Special Events listings for
children is now available' at the Recreation
Department. Events begin on July 3rd. The
program this year includes everything from
Bus Trips to Craft Days. Listings are
available at the Recreation Department or

at the Livery
Something exciting is happening during
the Annual Festival of Arts in Goderich on
July 19,, 20 and 21 at the Livery, and you can
be a part of it!
As part of the "Nostalgia" Livery Sum-
mer Project, the Experience '84 staff are
creating an, historical display of 'Huron
County. Anyone who has pictures, stories, ..
legends', newspaper articles, momentos,
and old documents who would be willing to
lend them towards this Bicentennial project
is asked to contact the Livery at 35 South St.
or phone 524-6262 between 9 a.m: and 5 p.m. l
on weekdays.
The utmost care will be taken to ensure
that your articles will be protected during
the display and returned safely. Your con-
tribution -to our display will give both young
. and old a visual summary of the part that
Huron County has played in Ontario's two
