Tuesday afternoon of the death ot.
Mrs, '1%targaret Octavio. Stnnbury,
dearly beloved, 'wife of 3. G. Sian -
bury, barrister. Mrs, Stanbury was
the youngest daughter of the late W.
t.O, 'Eastwood of Whitby, Ontario'.
She has been n citizen of :Exeter
for over twelve years. The deceased;
held the respect and love of all wviso
had the pleasure of .Tier acquaintance,!,
She wens aan honor graduate of Tor-
onto V,niversity in 1897 land si Sp4cl•
lalist in modern languages. to alt:

being of Exeter she was deeply int -
wrested. Although of a toilet and re-
tiring disposition her 'influence was
felt. She was intensely literary. In
her home as sa` faithful wife and fond
mother she shone brightest. Tn re-

to Usborne with his wife and family
and settled on the farm now occup-
ied by ]lar, Philip Hera the farm; at
that time isles all bush Mr, Couttis
