Parking will be taken ` On Sunday, June 29

everyone parking at
Harbour Beach and a
shuttle bus giving you a
ride up the hill to the
show. How about that!
They have a terrific
lineup of music groups, a
festival tent, a beef and
chicken barbecue, plus
art and craft displays.
Be sure to get your
weekend pass - and start
praying for some decent
weather to support this
endeavour - CANADA
WEEKEND - June 27 to
July 1.

So, there will be the
Optimists Music Festival

The Sailing Club will
hold their Lasar Regatta
on June 28 and 29.
The Legion dance will
be in the evening after the
starting at 9 a.m. there
will be a bike tour and
scavenger hunt with the
Friendship Days Parade
at 2 p.m.
The Optimist program -
music festival, beer tent
andthe 2 p.m. barbecue
will be on Sunday. Lions
Club has a barbecue at 7
p.m. Sunday in Cour-
thouse Park and pancake
brunch at noon. In the
evening the Knights 'of
Jazz will perform.
Luckily there will be a
.list of events which
everyone can have and

Marshall has been ap-
pointed as Home
Economist for Huron
County. They will be
working together out of
the Agricultural Office in
Clinton.

Plans are being made
to develop the facility on
a woodlot, a mile and a
quarter south of the in-
tersection of Highways 84

area would have room for
110 camp sites on its 35
acres.
A request has been
made to change the area
in the township's
proposed secondary plan
from natural en-
vironment to a recreation
designation
graduate from Family
and Consumer Studies at
the University of Guelph.
Upon graduation, she was
employed by the Ontario
Ministry of Agriculture
and Food as the Home
Economist for Leeds and
Frontenac Counties..
After her marriage, she
joined the Centralia
College Staff as a lecturer
in Community Home
Economics and Food
Service . Management.
She and her husband'own
a dairy farm in the
Kirkton area.

jobs such as house cleaning and gardening. If you
