A very Targe crowd, several from Ashfield and area, attended the reception in the evening. A visitor on the weekend with John and Grace Austin was Grace's sister, Mrs. Marie Judge; of Jackson,. Michigan, who also attended her nephew, Gary Court- ney's wedding. • Visitors with Mr. and Mrs: Con Hogan was Vivian's niece and her daughters, Mrs. George Bentley, Velda and Jody, all of Jackson, Miohigan. Mr. and Mrs. Ered Court- ney of Toronto, their daugh- ter,' Teresa Cornish and Andrea of Prescott, also at- tended the wedding of their nephew and cousin, Gary Courtney, and spent the weekend with Mrs. Marcella Courtney, Goderich. Workmen had been shingling the roof and soldering metal shortly before the fire. There Is no estimate of damage yet. Firemen were at the scene for about an hour and a half. On June 10, the Algoway arrived light frons, Saginaw for salt. It cleared on June 11 for Quebec City. The E.B. Barber came in light from WInedot on Ape: 12 and cleared the same day with salt for Green Bay, Wisconson. On June 13, the Agawa Canyon arrived from the Soo to load salt and left the same day for St. Joseph, Michigan. The Sae Des Iles arrived on June 10 from Thunder Bay with grain and left light for Thunder Bay again the next day. D.C. `Everest arrived on June 13 with grain from Thunder B,ay. _and cleared light for Marathon on June 15.
