The Clinton Business Association and in- terested people in the area are developing the concept of a Klompen Feest to be staged in 1981. The Klompen Feest, which means wooden shoe festival in English, will be reminiscent of the traditional 'street festivals held in Holland. The Business Association chose a Dutch...,oriented theme, because it would make the festival unique in the area and also pay tribute to the many Dutch im- migrants who have' settled there.
