That good old pioneer spirit. The Grade 3 students of Sharon Brown at
Robertson Memorial Public School got a first hand look at pioneer life in
Canada during their Pioneer Day, Tuesday. Scott Baechier and Pam
Scheerer were dressed for the part as they simulated the atmosphere of life
in the one -room schoolhouse. The students also made butter and Johnny cake
as part of the learning experience. (photo by Dave Sikes)
