the wedding ceremony of
Jaynes Robert Schram
and Roberta Louise
Allen, both of Surrey.
The bride is the
daughter of Robert and
Catherine Allen of
Goderich and the • groom
is the son of Francis and
Jean Schram, also of
Goderich.
The Reverend H.H.
Golighty officiated at the
double ring ceremony.
The bride was given in
marriage by her parents...
She wore a sheer organza
gown with a raised waist,
•
an A-line skirt forming a
JAMES ROBERT SCH•RAM - •-_-..-_.chapel train and a scoop
neckline trimmed with
alencon lace and lace
appliques. Her waist
length veil was held by a
Juliet cap and she carried
a bouquet of yellow
rosebuds, white morning
glories, stephanotis and
gladioli.
Matron of honor. was
Mrs. Janis Schram of
Surrey, sister-in-law of
the groom. She wore a
long yellow polyester A-
line gown with cape
neckline and a white
picture hat with yellow
streamers and clusters of
white daisies at the back.
She carried a bouquet of
yellow morning glories,
white daisies • and
stephanotis.
Bridesmaid was Mrs.
Heather McArthur of
Kitchener, sister of the
bride. She was gowned
the same as the matron of
honor in pale green and
carried' the same
bouquet.
Groomsman was
George Schram of
Surr.ey,, brother of the
groom.
Guests were ushered
into the church by Gary
Allen of Goderich,
brother of the bride and
David Gibbs of Surrey,
friend_of the groom.
The groom and his
attendants wore beige
tuxedos with dark brown
trim.
Following the wedding
ceremony, a reception
was held at Sunbury Hall
in Delta, IC. The hall
was decor ed with white
and yellow daisies and
yellow ' candle cen-
terpieces.
The bride's mother
greeted guests in a two
piece pink velour .suit
with a eorsage of pink
rosebuds and white
carnations.
The groom's parents
were unable to attend.
For a wedding trip to
California, the bride
changed to a beige velour
dress with black ac-
cessories.
Prior to the wedding,
the bride was feted at a
shower at the home of
Mrs. Janis Schram given
by friends of the bride
and groom.
Guests attended the
wedding from Kitchener
and Goderich.
