participate in the St. Patrick weekend. Thetwobuses were police escorted to City
Hall where Mayor Anne R. Hachtel extended greetings to all and presented the
key of the city to Reeve Palmer. The Reeve presented the mayor with an antique
miniature flower vase with the picture of the Bay City City Hall. This special gift
had been provided by Lorraine Jones of Bygones Antiques and was a rare find. It
was particularily fitting as the City Hall is in the final stages of a $3,000,000
historical restoration. (Photo by Mac Campbell)
