an extremely enjoyable
sport there are nights
when one wishes she had
selected bowling as her

Such a night was ex-

up against exceptionally
sharp teams as the V&G

Assessment Office and
the Champion, Ladies

anover to host mincir hockey all-stars
BY JIM MOORE
The town of Hanover
will be the host com-
munity of the 3rd Annual
Manor Hockey North-
South X111 -Star Day, to be
held March 30, 1580 at the
Hanover Coliseum.
The All-Star day was
first hosted by Hanover in
1978, went to Mount
Forest for the second
annual ;day in 1979 and
will be back in Hanover
for 1980. The All-Star day
brings together Western
Onrro Athletic
Association players from
all the B and BB teams in
the association.
These community
representative teams will
be from Goderich,
"Kincardine, 4. Listowel,
Mount For.gst, Port
Elgin, Walkerton and
Hanover. These com-
munities are then divided
into a north and south
team with equal
representation by all
communities on the
teams.
In the pee wee, bantam
and midget groups, this
year, the north will be
composed of players
from Port Elgin,
Walkerton, Mount Forest
and Hanover, while the
south will be represented
by Kincardine, Goderich,
Listowel and Hanover.
The Hanover players will
be.aqua 1ly distributed on.
both' teams to keep the
clubs as equal as
possible.
In the Novice grouping
it will be Wal'kerton and
Hanover versus Kin-
cardine and Listowel,
while in Atom, Mount
Forest, Hanover and
Walkerton players will
face Kincardine, Listowel
and Goderich.
Overall, the All-Star
day concept is actually a
showcase for the high
quality of Minor Hockey

Ontario., Athletic
Association. During the
hockey season these
