The executive of the
Mapleway Area, Girl
Guides of Canada held an
area council meeting at
the home of Area Com-
,missioner, Mrs. Nancy
MacLennan in Goderich
on Wednesday, March 5:
The Mapleway Area
was formed on January 1,
1980 and consists of ap-
r proximately 7,400
members. The area
boundaries take in the
Bruce Peninsula to
G•4ambridge (excluding
Kitchener) and St.. Marys
to Wasaga Beach.
The 18 members at-
tending the meeting at
Mrs. MacLennan's home
discussed the ad-

The Guiding movement
offers up -to -date -
programs for all age
groups (Brownies, Girl
Guides, Pathfinders,
Rangers and Cadets) plus
training in leadership for
adults.
The executive of the Mapleway Area, Girl Guides of
Canada met in Goderich on March 5 to discuss the

came home from nr: lnterclub competition with medals. In the
