C. Holborn, R. Standen
and D. G. Dowell. The
applications of 22
fraternal members
renewed for 1980 were
also accepted.
Membership dues are
now payable and
members in arrears for
1980 will receive notice by
mail of this fact.
Sick and Welfare
Chairman, Ray Barker,

or in hospital had been

Ringette team splits games
The J19nior Ringette
team from Goderich
visited Wingham on
Saturday for the tour-
nament.
Goderich defeated
Listowel Ringers in their
first game by a score of 6-
2. Angela Alcock tied the
score 1-1 at 10:08 of the
first period and scored
again in the second half..
Sue Muffitt scored two
goals while Tammy
Gibbons and Allis.on
Graham netted one each.
Cathy Oke played
goaltender ' and as
always, did a super job..
Listowel Cycettes
proved to be too much for
aur - - the second
game got underway.
They defeated Goderich
10-7. Although disap-
pointed, the girls realize
more practice is needed
and are looking forward
to next year with en-
thusiasm.
The Wingham team
went on to defeat
Listowel Cycettes and
hcild the championship
for another year.
