Twenty other skating clubs took part. Medals were awarded to entrants - mho -placed -first y second and third. In Novice Dance, Leslie Rean and Buffy Cook placed ninth out of a group of 33 entrants. There were 14 entries in Junior Dance and Lisa Fisher and Susan Cook placed fourth. In Junior Ladies Free Style, Lisa Fisher won a gold medal for first place. Cathy Gallow won a bronze medal for third place. Leslie Rean came in fourth. In JUnior Men's Free • Style, there were 12 entries and Devin Horton came in sixth.. Intermediate Dance had 10 entries. Debbie Horton. of Goderich and her partner Curtis Moore of Wingham won a gold medal for first place: Aveleigh Cook and John Barger won a silver medal for second place. With 21 clubs entered the Goderich Figure Skating Club came in third for total points. The club congratulates the skaters who won medals for the excellent performance they put on. The next competition to take place is in Sarnia on March 14, 15 and 16. The Goderich Figure Skating club is sending 15 of our skaters there and we wish them the best.
