The Port Albert 150th Birthday Commit-
tee will be canvassing the neighborhood for
old newspapers and blue paint to be used to
decorate the float, which will be entered in
all area parades this year to advertise the
birthday celebrations.
Visiting Steve and Nancy Corkum last
weekend was Steve's brother John and his -
wife, Bev, and their children Julie and Don-
ny of Sarnia.
Evening prayer was observed at Christ
Anglican Church Sunday afternoon. The
Gospel was taken from St. John Ch. 15, I am
the true Vine, The • father is the Husband-
Man: The Rev. R. Crocker used this text for
his sermon. Announcement was made of the
Synodical meeting next Sunday in London.
Harold Adams will be the lay delegate from
Christ Anglican Church.
Visiting with Roy and Bessie Bellinger
Port Albert are Mike and Janet Bellinger
and children Lindsay and Leigh from Lan-
caster. FollotOing their visit in the Village
they. will visit with Thursa Millar in Barrie.
Carman Hayden is still a patient in Vic-

Dean and Jay Reigling, sons of Max and
Helen Reigling, entertained the patients at
Country Road Lodge, which is owned and
operated Donnie and Dorothy Farrish.
Dean inlays the guitar and Jay. plays the
piano. The boys recital was muoh enjoyed.
Liz Wilkins of Toronto who is a student at
Ryerson Polytechnical Institute is now
finished school for this term. She is now at
home with her parents, Charles and Mayme
Wilkins for the summer. In the fall, Liz will
once again be returning to Ryerson.
Weekend visitors with Finlay and Margie
MacDonald were Kathie Robson and her son
Ryan .If Gros Point, Michigan and Sadie
UUlue of Detroit, Michigan.
Dorothy MacLennan (D.A.) had her
sister, Katie Sutherland and a friend,
Catherine McFadgen, of London with her
for the weekend.
Cecil and Jim Webster of Waterloo were
home un the weekend with their parents
Wellington and Kae Webster.

with Charles and Mayme Wilkins, Norma
Young of Goderich, Jack and Marion Smith

an award of merit from the American Water Works,Association fur having operated 333,000

These tours will be in conjunction with the

to take part in this activity. Each tour will
last from one and a half to two hours.

as a peaceful way to learn a little more
