Today, less than half the adult population smokes. in some local surveys, the number of people admitting to drunken driving is as high as one in three. This behaviour should be totally eliminated, since unlike smoking, it is never a pleasant habit. After all, an automobile accident can murder inno- cent nnercent people, Unfortunately, it is -difficult to stop im- paired driving entirely, because we live in a society wedded to both drinking by itself and driving by itself.
