Storm cancels many
activities at Huronview
HURONVIEW - Due to the stormy
weather recently the Jan. 20 church service •
at Huronview was cancelled. Some of the ac-
tivities for the early part of the week were

situations come up, the residents are in no
way neglected.

Mrs. Prouty was in charge, and also led in
the singing of hymns. A Bible quiz was taken
by Milford Prouty and Elsie Henderson was
at the organ. -
Some of the residents went up to the Clin-
ton Bowling Lanes, to try their skill at
knocking the pins. -
Reverend John Pluta conducted Roman
Catholic Mass on Jan. 25 and in the after-

SPECIAL
The aftermath of a severe winter storm is
still being felt in this area as the job of snow
removal seems to linger.
But, while the snow has 'piled up, both in pPe
town and out in the country, most
make nronscientious effort to clear snow
from walks and driveways.
Snow removal is critical to the employees
of Canada Post; especially in view of the
amount of snow that inundated the Qroderich
area over the past week.
Customers are reminded that roads must
be kept open and in good condition for travel
