The senior choir sang during the service. Rev. Bechtel spoke to the children about New Years. Murray Lobb and Larry Rutledge received the offering. The Goderich Twp. W.I. will hold a card y. January 10 at 8 p.m. in the Community Cen e in Holmesville, also one on January 24. Auburn Lions Club plan for pancake brea Due to the heavy snow storm on Monday evejg , the Auburn Horticultural Society postponed their annual meeting to Monday January 14 et 1 p.m. in the Auburn Com- munity Memorial Hall. 'Tom Perry will speak on his -work at the Soil -Lab store in Auburn. LIONS CLUB The Auburn and District Lion's Cleb held their meeting in the Auburn Community Memorial hall with dinner catered by the Women's Institute members. Lion Presi- dent, ROSS Dobie was in charge of the meeting. Plans for a Valentine's dance were made for February 16. Plans are also being made to hold a pancake breakfast on February 24th, 8 . a.m. to 2 p.m. New members meeting will be held on January 16 with dinner at 7 p.m. Gentlemen of the community wishing to attend please contact any pon's ch'b member.
