Clinton Mustangs have
a Goderich flavour
This year's edition of the Clinton Junior
"C" Mustangs hockey team has a distinc-
tive Goderich flavour.
Last Friday night's 4 - 2 victory over the
Walkerton Blackhawks saw three former
Goderich Minor Hockey Association players
hit the scoresheet. Daryl Madge, Shawn
Rahbek and Tommy Smith each scored a
goal for the Mustangs. Dean Armstrong
scored the other Clinton goal.
Other Goderich players with the Mustangs
this season were Mark Rowe, Jim Mathers,
Brad Armstrong, Jeff Lelleau, Grant
Garrow and Terry Bean.
Although victories have been few and far
between so far for the Mustangs, coach Bob
Zimmer of Stratford has done a fine job of
bringing his young team along and their
play continues to improve.
The Mustangs' home games are Fridays
at 8:30 p.m. This week the Mustangs host the
Port Elgin Bears.

The teams were tied after the first period
at 2-2. They were also tied at the end of the
second period at 5-5. When the final buzzer
