TURKEY CRUNCH BAKE
Power Select: HIGH -M. LOW -STAND
Insto-Matic COOK 4
Approx. Time: 12 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
1 can (103/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can (5 oz.) water chestnuts, drained, sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced '/4 -Inch thick
1 small onion, chopped
'/4 cup milk
teaspoons soya sauce
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 con (5 oz.) chow mein noodles
In 2 -quart casserole, combine soup, water chestnuts, celery,
onion, milk, soy sauce and turkey: stir well. Cover with gloss
lid.
TO HEAT BY TIME Set Power Select at HIGH for 6 minutes
and MEDIUM -LOW for 6 minutes, stir twice.
TO HEAT BY INSTA-MATIC Heat on COOK 4. After time
appears in display window, stir twice. -
Let STAND, covered 5 minutes. Sprinkle with chow mein
noodles before serving.

Crumb Mixture:
1 cup butter
1 cup desiccated cocoanut
Fieat m trying pan until brown.
Add:..
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Chocolate Layer:
1 pkg. small white marshmallows
1 large can evaporated milk
1-6-0z. pkg. chocolate chips
Melt in double boiler and cool completely.
Place 3/4 of crumb mixture in 9"x13" pan. Slice 1/2 gallon
of vanilla ice cream. Place half of the slices on crumbs.

Lemon Dessert
1st Layer:
1 cup flour
ua cup butter
l/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix and press in 9"x13" pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 15
mins. Cool.
2nd Layer:
1 cup Cool Whip or Dream Whip
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar
Mix and spread over first layer. Chill.
3rd Layer:
2 pkg. instant lemon pudding powder
3 cups milk
Whip until thick and spi5ead on 2nd layer.
4th Layer: Cool overnight.
Spread with remaining Cool Whip.
Note: be used to replace one con-
tainer

Crust:
1/4 lb. butter or marg.
2 tbsp. white sugar
1 cup chopped nutmeats
1 cup flour
Mix together and press in 9x13 pan. Bake 375 degrees for
15 mils.
lst Layer - beat together :
1- 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup icing sugar and fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip. Spread on
cooled crust.
2nd Layer - beat together :
3 cups of milk
1 pkg, instant chocolate pudding
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Spread on 1st layer.
3rd Layer: Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle
with nutmeats. Refrigerate.
Cool Whip - 35 oz. size
Instant Pudding - 6 oz. size.
