HomeMy WebLinkAboutThe Goderich Signal-Star, 1983-11-16, Page 36Pulp It Quick: Company Is Coming Cake (One pan, no icing cake) Ingredients: One-third cup vegetable oil 2 squares Baker's unsweetened chocolate 3/4 cups water 1 cup sugar 1 egg flour 11/4 cups all-purpose l tsp. salt soda 1/2 tsp. baking 1 tsp. vanilla 1- 6 oz. package semi -sweet chocolate chips One-third cup chopped nuts in 8" square Heat oil and Baker's. chocolate squares cake pan, in 350 degree F. oven for about 4 mins. Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda and vanilla. Beat with fork until smooth, about 2 mins. Spread even- ly in pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
