Mr. John Jaques left on Saturday
for a few days visit in Toronto,
Mr. Siduey Wilson had another
f severe attack of appendicitis and was
taken to London by auto where an
operation was performed on Thursday
He is doing well at tithe of writing.
Mr. Herbert and Miss Pearl. Ander-
son of Fullerton spent Sunday with
their grandmother Mrs. D. Hicks.
Mr. Clharles Jaques of Stratford
spent Sunday with friends in this vic-
inity.
Mr. }laxness of Woodham spent
Sunday with Mr. Levi,
Mies Brock has been seriously i11'�
for the past three weeks, She is un-
der the doctors care and is improving
slowly.
Mrs, Arthur Taylor, who has been
spending the last month with her
mother, left on Saturday for her home
in Toronto.
The funeral took place on Saturday
last of the late Eliza J, Rowcliffe re-
lickof the late Samuel Parkinson,
aged 68 years 3 months 18 days. The
deceased had been ill about a week
having suffered a paralytic stroke.
She is survived by two sons and three
daughters: We on the homestead;
John of London; Mrs. Powell, ot near
Granton; Annie and Jennie of Usborne
Interment took place in the Exeter
Cemetery.

eral to the Exeter Cemetery of Mrs.

died last week from the effects of a
paralytic stroke,

Mr. Scott McNaughton left for the
West on. Tuesday in company with
Mr. and Mrs. Robe J nolas.

his wife at the Hospital. Mrs. Wright
has sufffeiently improved so as to be
up around.
