Area's Harvest of Savings shopping spree. For the next
week, from October 12 to 22, Clinton merchants will be
celebrating the beautiful autumn season with special
sales. •

Without a doubt, Clinton is looking great. This year
many stores carried out major exterior renovation and
paint jobs. New shops located in the downtown and ad-
ditional parking was provided through the work of Clinton
council, the BIA and cooperative business people.
A new, large, parking lot has just been established off
Princess Street, just a short walk from Clinton's main
street. More than 40 cars can be accommodated in this
offstreet lot.
Anstett Jewellers started the new paint look in town
with a complete facelift to their large store. Bartlliff's
Bakery and Huron Business Machines followed with a new
look and complimentary color scheme.
New shops were welcomed to Clinton throughout the
year. New businesses included The Lady Finelle Studio,
My Fair Lady, Elliott's Rad Shop and Pepo's Restaurant.
