Residents and staff had the opportunity of p - chasing just about anything that appealed to them. Several residents went for a van ride Wednesday morn- ing, and at noon, more than 25 gathered in the auditorium for a chicken din- ner. Thanks to Dixie Lee who catered this meal of chicken and salads. Our own girls waited on tables and saw to it, that no one went away hungry. The malt room sponsored another successful Tupper- ware party. Several new and interesting items were on display, and a great chance to shop early for Christmas. Mid -week Bible study was held Thursday afternoon with Mrs. M. Prouty in charge. She led in the open- ing prayer and for the sing- ing of the hymns. Margaret McQueen presided at the organ. Mr. David Clarke led in the Lord's Prayer. A testimony was given by Mr. Clarke and a solo was sung by Mrs. Prouty'. We extend our sympathy to the family of the late Mrs. Annie Dale. A warm welcome is ex- tended to Alfred Kennedy of Clinton who is now residing at Huronview.
