Following the opening exer- cises and business, the an- nual reports were given by treasurer Aileen Fritzley, auditor Helen McPhee and visiting committee chairper- son Elva Osbaldeston. f, Phyllis McTaggart thank- ed everyone for their co- operation during her term as president.
