They left Goderich at 9 a.m. and their first call was at the Little Tree Farm Nurseries in London_ Here the Green Thumbers were given a 'red carpet' welcome and conducted on a very in- formative and interesting tour of the nurseries by a very charming young lady, Dianne explained the care, culture and growing habits of the various varieties of trees and shrubs. The children were also invited to explore the ire teresting interior shop where niany beautiful house plants, etc. are on display. At the conclusion of the tour, the children and their leaders were very graciously given ivy geraniums as tokens of the interesting tour.
