of Mr. and Mrs, J. W. Taylor, Exeter,
on Tuesday June the fourth at one
o'clock, when their daughter Maud
was united in marriage to Mr. J. 0
Wentworth Agnew, Barrister at law
of Winnipeg, by the Rev. Dr, Whit-
ing of the First Methodist Church,;
,London. The Bride who was given
away by her father looked charming
in a gown of embroidered marquisette
over ivory satin trint:riied with white
Irish lace. She wore the convention-
al veil caught up with lily of the val-
ley and pearls and carried a shower
boquet of bridal roses and lily of the.
valley, her only ornament being a
necklace set with amethyst pearls the
gift of the groom. The bridesmaid,
Miss May Foster, of Winnipeg, wore
a dainty gown of ninon over pale
blue satin with touches of pearl trim-
mings and a black picture hat with
willow plumes and pink rose buds and
carried a boquet of pink roses. Isabel
McTavish, of Shakespeare, niece of
the bride, looked pretty in a white
swiss embroidery dress and cream
poke bonnet with pale blue facing and
carried a basket of pink rose buds and
