The Council met in the Town Hall

the members were present excepting
the Reeve. Owing to the absence of
Mr. Beaman it wee moved and adopt
ed that Councillor Leavitt take the

Watering as follows; Thos. Holden
$16,50 per. week; Thos. Creech, $1660
per week or $3,00 per day when re-
quired: Henry Rumohr $17,50 per
week, Per Scott and Rivers that T.
Holden's tender of $146 50 per week be
accepted, duties to commence Monday

Scott and Ford that the Clerk write
the Hamilton and Toronto Sewer Pipe
Co. instructing them to forward one
car of pipe as per contract. -Carried.
Rivers and.gcott that J, N. Howard's
bond be accepted and his deposit of
