A few new specials have been added; also Et separate junior section. . RULES AND REGULATIONS 1 The Society shall not be responsible for any loss to an -exhibitor, occasioned by Fire, Accident, Theft, neglect of other exhibitors or officials, or otherwise. This SHALL be a condition of entry. 2 A $2.00 membership fee entitles any exhibitor to any number of entries, but only one• entry in each class. 3 Each entry must have an entry tag. ' 4 The following year's membership of $2.00 will be deducted from prize money. 5 A 15 percent deduction will be made on prize money earned, $10.00 and over. 6 No entries may be removed before Saturday, June 4, 1983 at 10:00 p.m., or may be picke up Sunday, June 5 between 10:00 and 11 :00 a.m. • 7 Entri s will be accepted on Friday, June 3, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. The audita 'tun ivill be open to the public to view the exhibits at 5:30 p.m. Friday. 8 All baking to be covered with Saran Wrap and on suitable plates. 9 Quilts can be shown for ONLY two consecutive years. 10 All exhibits to be new and must be the work of the exhibitor. Directors are instructed to discard all soiled, defaced, or old work and award prizes to new and up to date work. 11 Any complaints must be made in writing to the Secretary, no later than June 30,1989. 12 Entries open to everyone.
