The Health Unit, is corn - prised of a multi- disciplinary health team of approximately 45 • people, The staff includes a Medical Officer of Health, who is a physician with special train- ing in pubijc health, a nutri- tionist, public health nurses and inspectors, a health educator, audio and vision tectuikcians, an inununiza- tion nurse, a dental team, a. family planning co- ordinator, secretarial staff, and a Home Care team . • which includes an ad - mi n is tra tor , a physiotherapist, an occupa- tional therapist, an • enterostomal therapist, and program co-ordinator.. Home Care services, family plann- ing, and public health in- spection services are housed at the branch office in Clin- ton. He took up duty on January 3, replacing Helen Videan who retired in 1982 after ahnost 40 years of teaching. As well as acting as- vice- . principal, Mr. Herman will • also be teaching remedial reading until the end of June. Before coming to Victoria School, Mr. Herman taught music and Grade 8 at Colborne Central School. Before that, he taught music and Grade 8 at Grey Central School. In total, he has been teaching 11 years following his education at York University, and Toronto Teacher's College.
