(Photos by Joanne.Biuchanin) Searls wants review In approving accounts in the amount of $117,870 to the end of January, councillor Jim Searls asked that a review be made on money spent on conventions and seminars. At a regular meeting of council Monday, Searls said he noticed that too much money was being spent on conventions and seminars and approved ' for payment. Council endorsed his motion calling for the ad- ministration committee to review the policy on con- ventions and seminars.
