meaning of the wreath to the

The ladies' choir sang an
anthem and John the Baptist
was the topic of the
minister's sermon. Carmen

The November meeting of
the Circle City CB Club was
held in the recreation centre
board room on Sunday,
November 14 with a much
better than average turnout
of members.
The secretary's report was
read by Rice Krispies,
adopted by Mr. Rocky and
seconded by Green Ranger.
The treasurer's report was
read by Modular 4, adopted
by Gentle Ben and seconded
by Lil Rascal. '
The club received a letter
from the MacKay Centre for
Seniors in thanks for a
donation. Another letter
from the Goderich
Recreation Department
informed the club of the
upcoming Snow -Blitz Winter
Weekend on February 18-20
tooking for
the ultimate
and asked for the club's
participation. Several ideas
were discussed in relation to
possible activities. At the
next meeting, the club will
strive to define and
elaborate on ideas..
A tentative date for the
C.C.C.B. Christmas party
has been set and will be
confirmed at the next
regular meeting on
December 12.
Again, an invitation is
extended to anyone thinking
about becoming involved in a
community and family-
oriented service club, to drop
over at any of the regular
meetings which are held the
second Sunday of every
month in the recreation
centre board room in the
grandstand on MacDonald
Street.
