46. In memoriam
CURRAN
In loving memory of our dear
father, Jack, who passed away
one year ago, November 26,
1981.
A special day is not needed,
Father
To bring you to our minds,
The days we do not think of you
Are very hard to find.
Although days come and go
The pain still lingers though,
You were with us for such a
short time.
We really miss your smile,
And wish we could talk awhile.
We watched you suffer,
We watched you die,
The only thing we could do, was
stand by.
When the time came we suf-
fered too,
There was nothing we could do,
We waited and waited for your
goodbye,
But you fell asleep with only a
sigh.
God took you by the hand and
we had to part,
Only he knows how he broke
our heart.
We hear your voice, your
laughter too,
They will stay with us our whole
life through,
Yesterday, today and tomorrow
will pass and go,
But memories of you, Father,
will never die.
Time they say heals all sorrow,
Even sunny skies tomorrow
Will never let us forget
The pain we suffer yet.
For us, let out your sigh
And forever rest in peace,
Father.
--Sadly missed and ever
remembered by. your family,
Ruth, Sylvia, Donald, Grant,
Dorothy, Mary, Ralph, Stewart
and families.-47nx
POWELL
In loving memory of cr wonder-
ful husband and daddy, Gordon
Wayne, who passed away one
year ago today, November 27,
1961.
If we hod one lifetime wish
One dream that could come
true
We would pray to God with all
our hearts
For yesterday and you.
If teardrops were a stairway
And memories were a lane
We'd walk all the way to
heaven Wayne
And bring you home again.
A thousand times we needed
you
A thousand times we cried
If love could have saved you
Wayne
You never would have died.
But God took your hand and we
had to part
He eased your poin and broke
our hearts
You fell asleep without goodbye'
But memories of you shall never
die.
—Always remembered and
sadly missed by wife Jinette
and children Gordie and
Jackie. --47
POWELL
In loving memory of a dear
brother and brother-in-law who
passed away one year . ago,
November 27, 1981.
We'll always remember the way
you looked,
The way you spoke and smiled,
The little things you said and
did,
Are with us all the while.
And those of us who didn't
know you,
Sure wishes that they had,
You were called to rest and
didn't meet,
Your new little niece.
Put your arms around him Lord,
Treat him with special care,
Tell him we love him very much,
And someday we will meet him
there.
-Loved too much to ever be
forgotten by Bob, Brenda,
Catherine and Jennifer. -47
POWELL
In memory of o beloved brother
who is sadly missed by his fami-
ly and friends.
On that most tragic day
When he was taken away,
We felt the loss deeply
But we still had his memory.
We remember his patience,
We remember his smile,
We remember his kindness
And his own unique style.
—He will be greatly missed by
one and all. Vickie, Terry,
Shelley and Kevin. -47

regret,
The month, the day, we will
