Tropical drinks, travel displays, door prizes and dancing to a steel band were en- joyed by the large crowd in attendance. The Roberston girls placed second after breaking a three way tie for first place with Holmesville and Colborne. The members of the team were as follows: Debbie Doak (captain), Lisa Kisch, Denise McDonald, Denise Riehl, Julie Scott, Stacey Rean, Becky Martin, Birgit Schulti, Lori McCartney, Susan Murphy, Deb O'Brien,\ Tammie Allen, Pam Frit- zley, Angie Chisohn and Shelley .Pfrimmer. Miss Madill .was,,, very proudof the girls as they demonstrated good skills and superb sportsmanship. Congratulations to all who participated. senior boys volleyball The Senior Boys Volleyball tournament was held on Saturday, November 20 at G.D.C.I. The boys did very well. The players were as follows: Tim Gedcke, Mark Burbine; Roger Ward, Gerry Kingsley, Scott Garrow, Ron Todgham, Tan MacKinnon, Bill Trebish, Colin Shand,. Shaun Larder, Steve Uuchins and Larry,'. Lep, pington. Even though the tour- nament was early in the morning, they won every game. They beat Colborne, Holmesville and Brookside. Mr. Bogie was the coach. He was very proud of his team. Many of the par- ticipants have suffered stiff legs.
