George Parsons appeared to speak to council about the condition of the roads within Benmiller Heights subdivi- sion and particularly as to the winter maintenance of the roads. Because of their pre- sent condition with manhole covers above the gravel base as much as 4 - 6 inches, it is not possible to provide any maintenance with township road equip- ment and until this condition has been corrected, no maintenance will be provid- ed.
