GERTRUDE. DRENNAN Mrs. Gertrude Drennan of Goderich died in Alexandra Marine and General Hospital on Thursday, June 17 at the age of 73. She was born in Kingsbridge. on May 5, 1909 to Edward and Mary (Sullivan) Foley. A funeral mass was held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church on Saturday, June 19 at 11 a.m. The Reverend Father A.F. Loebach of- ficiated. Prayers were said at McCallum Funeral Home on Friday evening, June 18. JOHN RUTLEDGE John Rutledge of Toronto died at hisresidence on Monday, June 7 at the age of 57. He was born in Seaforth on April 30, 1925 to Peter and Ann (Speir) Rutledge of Brussels. He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Joe (Rhea) Mansor of Toledo, Ohio and Mrs. Vic (Wilda) Lutman of Loch Sheldrake, New York; and one brother, Ross of Goderich. He was predeceased by one sister, Mrs. Verna Sparks. A funeral service was held at McCallum Funeral Home in Goderich on Saturday, June 19 at 2 p.m. The Reverend G.L. Royal of- ficiated. Interment was in Brussels Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe Mansor, Mac Sparks, Ross Sparks, Telford Bissett, Pat Kennedy and Harold Duck- worth.
