On Tuesday, May 18 the
Goderich Duplicate Bridge
Club took part in a continent -
wide International Fund
Game. The same hands are
played all over the continent
and afterward, the players,
receive hand analyses by ex-
perts.
The club welcomed. ten
players from the Stratfrod

Cathy Jubenville and Jim
Storms led the visitors to vic-
tory as they came first in
North-South,and overall with
103 points in a game with an
84nverage score.
Second overall were Mary
Donnelly and. Eleanor Er-
skine, with 101, leading East-
West. Helen Tench and John
Wood were third overall with
941/2 in second spot North-
South. Third North-South
were Cathy McDonald and
Pat 'Stringer with 86. Vic
Alexander and P.K. Venki
were second East-West with
94 and third were Joanne
Duckworth and Lee Ryan
with 84.
The club sent 8180 to help
Canada's national team
travel to international com-
petition.

Classic

Again this year, the
Milverton Sims will host the
third Annual Milverton In-
ternational Classic Softball
tournament.
There will be 12 ladies
teams from Ashland, Ohio;
Tonawonda, Buffalo, Burl-
ington, Fort Erie, Michigan,
Kitchener, Waterloo, Agin-
court and Milverton (3
teanis) as well as' 12 nien's
teams from Linwood, Toron-
to, . Pelham, Freelton,
Wingham, ,Milverton, North
York, Alton and four men's
teams have.not yet been an-
nounced.
The tournament will take
place on June 11, 12, 13, 1982
and will be carried out at 4
ball parks in the, Milverton
area including Newton,
Millbank, Milverton and
Rostock.

resource for both
recreational and competitive
interests, is .published an;
nually by the Ontario
Cycling Association.
Cycling in Ontario - 1982, is
available at bicycle shops
across Ontario. Mike Barry
of Bicyclesport in Toronto
calls the booklet "a hot -
cake".
