According to Kennedy the
course dealt with contract
negotiations, Tort Law on
individual rights, Labor
Law, the Landlord and
Tenants Act and Land
Registry. It attracted 32

said that the course was open
to anyone interested.
Much of the course dealt
with improving employee -
employer relations and the
interaction of people in the
work place, as well as a
general • understanding of
individual rights.
The Canadian Institute of
Management will be running
a course for the general
public on Marketing, in
September. The course will
include a study on proper
advertising practices for
businesses.
