A Former Resident Passes—The
death took place in London on Thurs-
day Nov. 9th of Dorothy Manning„
beloved wife of Thomas Werry, in her
61st year. Death came rather sud-
denly the deceased being sick only a
tew hours. The late Mrs Werry was
born in Usborne township were she

and ahoutseven yet-rs ago they moved
to London. The fact that her bus
band has been ill ft r the past three
months without hope of recovery

On Sunday last we had the first real

were visited with •a blizzard of no
small dimensions. le was a sudden
change in the weather as on Saturday
it was unusually wet m. Monday was

storm has brought farming to a
