counselling service in Clin-
ton will be on Tuesday, Dec.
8, 8 pm. at Ontario Street
United Church in Clinton.
Purpose of this meeting is
approval of by-laws, pro -
poral of 1981-82 budget and
election of a board of direc-
tors. You are welcome to this
meeting. If you wish to join
the association your $20.00
membership fee will be
received` at the meeting.
Contributions are also need-
ed to get this project off the
