Mill outscored O'Briens
Meats 4-1. Mel Honner, Rick
Fremlin, Greg Jervis, and
Dennis Kelly all scored for

Hodges weren't so for-
tunate against the Bedford
Flyers November 22,
however, as the Flyers
edged them out 6-5. Bruce

Hodges goals were scored
by Garry Fleet with two, Mel
Honner, Rick Fremlin, and
Greg Jervis.
Bedford recorded a tie, the
next day with Clere-Vu who
came from behind to tie 7-7.
Ron Corriveau was high
scorer with three goals for
Bedford. Gerrald Hefferan,
Phil Paquette, John Hoy,
and Wayne Steinbeck all got
singles. For Clere-Vu, Greg
Burns got three goals while
Don Shropshall got two.

The Dave Haylow Elictric
. Pee Wee B team hosted
Huron Park on Saturday and
were victorious 10-5.
The first two periods were
a see saw battle with
Goderich taking the lead 6-5.
At the end of the first period
it was 2-2 on goals by Tom
Bean assisted by Chris White
and Bruce Parent.
In the second period,,,
Goderich notched four more
goals to Huron Park's three.
David Duncan, Larry
Leppington, Bruce Parent,
and JamieHassallallpit the
puck in the net. Assists went
to Leppington with two,
Hassall with two, Duncan,
Tom Bean, Gary Erb:
In the third period, the
team really caught fire, ✓
notching four unanswered
goals to insure the win.
Bruce Parent got his
second of the night on a play
set up by Bean and Erb.
Hassall then got his second
from Duncan and Duane
Chapman. Duncan scored
nest with assists going to
Hassall and Ian McKinnon,
and the last goal was scored
by Andrew McAdam from
Jim Kelly and Richard
Boddy.
Goaltending duties were
shared by Rob Middel and
Greg Townsend.
Senior Ringette team beats
Seaforth, Juniors lose two
The Senior Ringette team
beat Seaforth in Vanastra on
Friday by a score of 9-2 while
the Juniors lost 6-4 and on
Saturday were beaten by
Listowel8.0.
Allison Graham scored
two goals for the Seniors
while singles were notched
by Kathleen Carter, Lisa
Kisch, Laura Raithby, Leslie
Rean, and Angie Alcock.
Cathy Oke played goal
The Seniors' next game is
Sunday at5 p.m. in Clinton.
The Juniors were not so
effective against -Seaforth,
however, as they came out
two goals short of a tie.
Stacey Rean scored two of
the goals and Vicky Van-
derburg and Becky Morris
got one each. Terri Drennan
and Cathy Callow shared
goaltending duties.
On Saturday, the Juniors
visited Listowel and were
shut out there 8-0. The next
game is Saturday in
Brussels.
The Ringette teams send
out thanks to everyone who
supported their bake and
rummage sale in the mall on
Saturday.
Goderich Bridge Club scores
On November 24, there
were eight tables in a
Goderich Bridge Club
Mitchell game with an
average score of 72.
First on the North South
side with 83 points was the
team of Helen Tends and
John Wood. Second with 82
were Mary Donnelly and
Eleanor Erskine and third
were Frank and Jim Don-
nelly with 81.
Barb Howe and Marian
Lane combined to take first
on the East West sidi with
86. Jean Cook and Verna
Worthy were second with 83,
and Betty and Ray Fisher
were third with 781/2.
On Tuesday, December 8,
the club will hold its annual
Christmas rinner party. All
bridge players are welcome.
Preceding dinner at the
Bedford Hotel at 7 p.m., all
are invited tothehome of the
president, Mrs. P. Stringer.
After dinner, the club will
have a bridge game in which
partners will be drawn

Hully Gully to host show
The Western Ontario
Snowmobile Show comes to
Huron County this year. The
snow Show, sponsored by
YAMAHA Motor Canada
Ltd., will he hosted by Hully
Gully Snowmobile Club and
will take place at the recrea-
tion complex near Varna. '
The Show starM Friday,
December 4 at 6 p.m. and
continues through to Sunday.
Included in uie itinerary
will be displays by the OFSC
and the PTBA representing
the trails and clubs across
the province; a snowmobile
theatre featuring continuous
movies on safety, trail riding
and special race features on
Eagle River and the Kawar-

from the north who will be
offering special weekend
packages; clinics on perfor-
mance and maintenance will
be offered on Saturday and

well as Joe Boland, Hank
Green from Exeter visited
during Old Tyme Music.
On Tuesday afternoon, the
ceramic class again met,
while on Wednesday after-
noon, the residents spent the
time playing the very
popular game of bingo.

Garrow, M. Van Camp, and
M. Sproat enjoyed a shopp-
ing trip to Goderich on
Thursday afternoon, and at
the same time, Ed Stiles fill-
ed the halls of normal care
with his beautiful organ
music.
Sympathy is expressed to
the family of Gertrude Ben-
nett. Huronview would like
to welcome Alfred Glazier
from Clinton who Is living in
normal care and is visiting
in on vacation care. Also,
