garlic salt
1 slice processed cheese
1 tsp. chopped onion
3 pieces pepperoni
2 slices chopped bacon
margarine or butter
2 tsp. chili sauce.
parmesan cheese
Butter bread, sprinkle with garlic salt. Place cheese
slice on top and spoon on chili sauce. Sprinkle chopped
` bacon, onion and pepperoni over top. Drizzle with par-
mesan cheese. Place in a toaster oven until golden brown.

PIZZA BREAD
CRAB BALL
1-5 ox. can crabmeat or 1-6 oz. pkg. frozen crabmeat,
thawed.
1 tbsp. chopped green onion or 1 tbsp. chopped chives
few drops Tabasco sauce
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts
3 tbsp. chopped parsley - mix together
1-8oz. pkg. cream cheese
Drain crabmeat very thoroughly. Beat cream cheese
until light, then beat in onion and tabasco. Mix in crab -
meat and refrigerate me hour until firm.
Shape into a ball and roll in mixture of nuts and parsley.
Great with various types of bread or crackers.

MARINATED -MUSHROOMS
The marinade can double as a salad dressing.
one-third cup white vinegar
2 tbsp. water
11 tsp. Italian herb dressing or find herbs
1 tsp. sugar •
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
4'2 cup oil
two-thirds cup dry vermouth
1 can whole mushrooms•
In small saucepan heat vinegar, water, herb seasoning,
sugar, salt and pepper to boiling. Reduce heat, simmer 5
minutes. Stir in oil and vermouth. Add mushrooms, cover
and refrigerate overnight, stirring occasionally." Makes
11 cups of marinade.
