EASY BUNS
1112 cups warm water -add 2 pkg. yeast
one-third cup sugar
1/4 cup criscooil
11/2 tsp. salt
2 cups flour
Beat with beater and let rise 30 minutes. Add 2 more
cups flour and stir with wooden spoon and let rise another
30 minutes.
Spoon into pans and let stand an additional 30 minutes.
Place in oven at 350 degrees F bake until brown.

HEALTHFUL SPICY ZUCCHINI BREAD
3 cups sifted flour
11/4 cups sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon 7
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
114 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. molasses
3 tsp. baking powder
112 cup all bran cereal
V4 cup chopped nuts
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup milk
one-third cup cooking oil
2 cups grated zucchini unpeeled
1/2 cup chopped raisins
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, baking soda and
spices. Stir in cereal and nuts.
Combine eggs, milk, oil, zucchini, raisins and molasses.
Stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
Bake at 350 degrees. Let cool in pan 15 mins. before
removing. Makes 1 loaf. Freezes well.

HEALTH BREAD
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon shortening
1 tablespoon fresh yeast
1 Vitamin C Tablet (100 Mg.)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
'/a cup instant milk powder OR 1/4 cup wheat germ
11/2 cups warm tap water
Mix in a large bowl all purpose flour, whole wheat flour,
salt and rub in shortening. Blend for 20 seconds.
Whisk firmly with a fork or wire whisk the yeast, crush-
ed Vitamin tablet, sugar and milk powder or wheat germ
and water.
Add to dry ingredients and knead to a soft elastie dough
for 2 or 3 minutes. Place in a plastic bag for 5 minutes.
Knead for 2 minutes. Shape into 2 small or 1 large loaf and
place in greased pan and let rise for 30 minutes in a warm
place.
13ake in a preheated 400 degree oven for 35 minutes. Tip
out and cool on rack.

OVERNIGHT BUNS
2/4 cup lukewarm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast (1 tbsp.)
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. salt
1h cup oil
2 cups cold water
8 cups flour
At 5:30 p.m. add 1 pkg. yeast and 1 tsp. sugar to 3/4 cup
lukewarm water and let stand 10 minutes.
In large bowl add the eggs,. sugar, salt, oil and water,
and mix well with mixer. Add yeast and n is well: Then
add 4 cups flour and mix well with mixer. Add remaining 4
cups of flour and mix well by hand or knead. Let rlae at
roan temperature.
At 8:30 p.m. punch down dough. At 11:00 - 11:30 p.m.
make into loaves or buns. Place in cool place overnight.
Bake in morning at 350 degrees F for 20-25 minutes.

EASY ECONOMY BREAD
6 cups lukewarm water
3 tbsp. margarine
3 - 4 tbsp.'sugar
8 cups flour
l pkg. yeast
3 tbsp. salt
1 cup skim milk powder
Prepare the dough the night before by heating together
in a large container: water, yeast, margarine, salt, sugar,
skim milk powder and six cups of flour.
Cover and let stand in a cool kitchen overnight.
Next morning add 12 remaining cups of flour. 1(nead.
Divide into six equal parts and shape into loaf. Place in
oiled pans. Let rise, covered at room temperature until
risen about 1 inch above the rim of the pan.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 50 minutes.
