PLAN
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS:
This exciting offer is open to any nonprofit organization, school
group, charitable organization, church group, club, service club etc,
Suppose your group or organization wishes to purchase art item,
which will become the common property of all or will be donated to
another group or charity.
Each '300.00 worth of Zehrs cash register tapes is worth '1.00 of the
purchase price of an article of your choice for the club or
organization.
You con do the calculation yourself using this formula, '300,00 in
register tapes from any Zehrs Market equals ''11.00, so if you
multiply the retail value of the item by 300 you will know quite
closely the value of the tapes needed to obtain it.
For example should your organization wish to purchase a
wheelchair and its retail cost would be S250.00, as soon as your
group save $75,000.00 worth of Zehrs register topes and turns them
in, Zehrs will buy the wheel chair for you to donate.
Simply advise the source of supply., catalogue no. etc. Article or
item ordered must be available in Canada,

SUBMITTING THE TAPES
1. .Tapes should be placed in bundles of approximately
'1,000.000. Place the bundles in a box. Include a summary
of the addition of the bundles.
2. A letter should be included which contains this Infer•

$.The name of the group which collected the tapes and
address of the group's representative,
b,/he name of the group which is to receive the item and
the name o_ f the person to whose attention it should be
drawn,
c./he complete • name, and model number where ap-
plicable, of the desired item.
3. You may take the box of cash \register tapes to your
local Zehrs store. The Manager will give you a receipt for
these topes and he will arrange to forward them to Zehrs
Head Office for checking. With this complete information
your cheque will be mailed to you as soon as possible,

Zehrs Save -a -Tape Plan can be used for your.purchases of
camping equipment and supplies. 11 you require a specific
product, be sure to include the catalogue number, price
and source of supply when making out your requisition,
