Karen Cudmore, a
Goderich, Clinton and
Vanastra yoga instructor,
received her third -year yoga
instructor's diploma, at re-
cent graduation exercises
held at. Geneva Park. The
diplomas were presented by
David Long, conference co,
ordinator and by Yogi
Krishan Sidhu of Universal
Ashram, instructor of the
course held every
September at Geneva Park,
a YMCA conference centre
at R.R. 6Orlllla.
Cudmore, a student of
yoga for five years, has been
teaching for three. She has
received her training from
Yogi Sidhu and Joella Sidhu
(Jodie is an area represen-
tative for the p'ederatlon of
Ontario Yoga Teachers) and
travels to Universal Ashram
in Qrillia for weekend
workshops and teacher
upgradings held each month
of the year.
As well as teaching yoga,
Cudmore is employed part-
time at lluronview,
Persons interested in at-
tending her classes at Cen-
trallluron Secondary School
in Clinton, may telephone
the school for more informa-
tion. Classes are alsoheld at
the Vanastra Recreation
Centre 'Thursdays at 11:30
pan, And classes will start at
the new recreation centre in
Goderich this tnonth (con-
tact Judy Whetstone at
Whetstone jewelry store for
information).

She is observing Yoga Week
this week to show people how
yoga can help them reduce
stress and feel healthier and
happier.
