For the past four or five years, Ray has been buying two Wintario tickets every week. He won a couple of free books and then, finally on the October 8th draw, he won $25,000 with ticket number 061235 which he purchased from Paul Spain of Goderich. He just couldn't believe his good fortune at first but it sunk in after he picked up his cheque at the Wintario office last Thursday. Ray, who works at Blue Water Body and Fender Ltd., and his wife Peggy, plan to spend some of the money on a vacation and then put the rest away for their children, Jason, 7 and Julie, 4.
