Athlete drowns EXETER - A popular Lucan area athlete, Barry DeGraw, drowned in. a freak accident in tJsborne Township on October 1st The 17 -year-old was driving a car with six other young people from the Lucan area when the vehiele went out of control on Concession 6-7 just north of EWnville and rolled over onto its roof in a creek..
