being the east one half of lot 7, concession 6, Eastern
division. In the said Township comprising 100 acres
more or leu 80 acres workable and well drained
systematically tiled by Howatt Bros. Westfield Ontario
and 20 acres bush. and being ,approximately 2 miles
west of Glenn's Hill on the 6th concession.
Workable land is excellent corn land and all one field.
