The Reverend Stanley C. McDonald of Henson of- ficiated- at the double -ring ceremony. Music was supplied by Judy Langridge and Ross Loft who sang Evergreen and I Love You So. The bride and groom were given- in marriage by their The bride wore a white gown .with blouson top and sweetheart neckline ac- cented with'lace. She carried a bouquet of white roses and lilac stephanotis. Maid of honor was- Judy Langridge of Goderich. She wore a lilac gown with cape styled jacket, and carried a bouquet of yellow daisies and lilac stephanotis. Bridesmaids were Pam Lougheed and Lisa Moore, both of Toronto: They were gowned the same as the ,maid of honor and icarried • thesamebouquets.. Flower girl was Kristin McGee `of Goderich. She wore a lilac organdy dress with white pinafore and carried a basket of yellow daisies and stephanotis. Groomsman- was Bi11 Whitely of Goderich. Guests were ushered into the church by Allan Shelton and Jerry Lobb, both of Goderich. Ringbearer was Joshua Scott of London. Following the wedding ceremony, a reception was held in Goderich Township. Hall. The • bride's mother greeted guests wearing a pale turquoise georgette dress. This month the local league will send three delegates to hear health leaders from around the world speaking at the eighth International Conference ` of La Leche League in. Chicago Illinois. La Leche is an International Organization which offers information and encouragement to mothers who want to breast-feed their babies. - La Leche League: "Leading the Renaissance of breast feeding for 25 years the theme for this con- ference, expresses the part this organization has played in "Bringing Back" breast feeding as over 50 percent of newborns are now being breastfed. La Leche League in Huron County has been active for over four years with three groups and leaders in and around the area. Informal meetings are held in member's homes monthly to acquaint . those interested with the • physical, psychological and practical aspects of breastfeeding and the nursing relationship. The Huron County Board of Health can give anyone interested dates of the next meetings throughout the County, in Goderich, Belgrave and telephone numbers of the leaders.
