ing donated by the late John
Hawkins. Descendants from
the Hawkins family will be in
attendance from Tennessee,
Saskatchewan and all over
Huron County for the dedica-
tion of the Hawkins window.
The service of dedication
will be conducted by Ar-
chbishop James Watton of
Moosonee (retired), now a
resident of Southampton.
The dedication service will
• follow the 3 p.m. cemetery
service which will be con-
ducted by the Reverend
Robert Cocker..
Walter Tigert, former
organist of the church for 30
years, will provide the music
at the cemetery with a por-
table
ortable organ.
The Ladies of the A.C.W.
will serve lunch after the
service, in the newly
renovated church basement.
Margaret Young, presi-
dent of the A.C.W., reported
that the Garage Sale held on
July 4 was very successful.
Ratepayers Meet
At. azecent meeting of the
Port Albert Ratepayers
Association it was reported
that 17,000 fingerlings had
been put in; the ,Nine Mile
River; 809:rainbawtrout.had _ ' --
clint ed the fish.Iadder; and
700. rainbow trout had been
tagged. Also it seems the
.beaver .are : creating a pro-
blem in cutting down trees.
Reunion
It was family reunion time
at the hailie of Steve and
Nancy Corkum in Port
Albert recently. Steve's
mother, Marie Dorkum flew
M from Clam Harbour, Nova
Scotia to spend a few days
with her family. Also coming
from the East "Coast was
Steve's sister, Mary Walker

Rasmussen's farm is
located one and one quarter
miles south of Fordwich and
turn west. The farm is
located on the south side of
the sideroad. Signs will be
